OLEG and NATALIA BUTMAN quartet - an established brand on the world jazz scene. This bright, charismatic, passionate and unique couple has been together for 19 years. During this time, a huge number of projects have been created.
Some of these include: 8 solo albums; more than 20 albums as session musicians; DVD’s of live concerts with: Eric Marienhthal, singer Somi, Randy Brecker, Wayne Escoffer (sax), Joe Magnarelli (trumpet), Roy Hargrove, Gregory Porter.

Brilliant american drummer, «ring-a-bell» name in the enormous jazz world of New York. Has lived in the USA since 1990.While being a student at Berklee College of Music from 1990, he was invited to play with Billy Taylor Quartet and Monty Alexander Quintet.Without graduating from Berkeley (lived in Boston for 1.5 years), Oleg moved from Boston to NY, where he got invited at different times to play with Joe Lock, Eddie Gomez, Andy LaVerne,Ron Afiff , Sam Yahel.Since 2008, he has been an endorser of YAMAHA drumsWinner of the Billboard Magazine Special Award for the album "Runway " 2012.A regular guets on American jazz radio WBGOA regular participant in the APAP music conference.In 2025 ,he became an endorser of the Istanbul Mehmet company , representing Istanbul Mehmet cymbals.
Natalia Butman
American jazz pianist and singer, has been hailed by critics and peers as a rising jazz star and one of the most enthralling young talents on the international jazz scene.In just a few short years ,she has earned international acclaim as a world-class pianist and vocalist.She has performed with some of the finest international jazz musicians(Eric Marienthal, Randy Brecker, duo with Chick Corea, Eddie Gomez, Donny McCaslin )Graduated from the prestigious Rimsky - Korsakov College of Music as an academic pianist ,then the Conservatory in St.Petersburg. Since 2008, she has lived in the USA.In 2008, Natalia became an endorser of Yamaha keyboards, representing the Yamaha X90XS modelIn 2009 She was awarded the JAZZ FM Radio Award in the categories "Musician of the Year" and "Release of the Year»In 2019, she participated in the famouse jazz festival ,called PDX Jazz, of solo piano players in Portland,USA.Well-known trumpeter Wynton Marsalis was positively carried away by her debut album. Wynton said, «Natalia Butman is a supremely tasteful swinging piano player.Her vocals are exquisite ,her compositions are melodic and memorable, and her arrangements are extremely thoughtful.» In 2024,Natalia discovered her talent as an arranger for symphony orchestra and big band.Two new programs are already booked for several years to play with orchestra in Venice,Dresden, Budapest, Los Angeles, and another cities in Europe,Russia and USA.In 2014, She received another keyboard Roland AX- Synth as a gift and became a representative of the Roland company.

Oleg Butman's name is included in the American « Encyclopedia of Jazz » by
John Lee, DC, Jazz Festival, Blue Note Jazz Festival, Edmonton Jazz Festival, Saskatoon Jazz Festival, Porto Jazz Festival, Delhi Jazz Festival, andse (1992), and in the « Encyclopedia of Jazz » by Ira Hitler (2007).
BUTMAN Jazz Quartet has participated in some of the largest festivals in the world: Washington DC Jazz Festival, Blue Note Jazz Festival, Edmonton Jazz Festival, Saskatoon Jazz Festival, Porto Jazz Festival, Delhi Jazz Festival, Jazz Festival Riga 2018.
In 2018, they became participants of "The International Jazz Day by Herbie Hancock & UNESCO" in St. Petersburg (Russia).
From 2025, they have performed in the unusual and rare Symphonic Jazz , playing their own music and their own original arrangements with orchestras from different cities and countries.
